Finally, I would like to thank my wife, Sarah. For the past year, I have spent most of my free time writing and working on this book. Throughout this process, she has been supportive and encouraging. My love for Sarah has grown while I have written this book; I greatly miss seeing her on evenings and weekends. Now that this book is finished, I hope to spend more time with her, at least until opening day."
